Create an Experience of Relaxation, Care & Connection

At Bohemia Healing Spa, we believe the spa experience begins the moment a guest walks through our doors. For 15 years, we’ve been a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation in Wichita, offering personalized treatments in a peaceful, tranquil environment.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role that combines guest service, appointment coordination, spa operations, and maintaining the beautiful, peaceful environment our guests have come to love.

You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests see and an important part of what happens behind the scenes. From welcoming a guest and answering a phone call to preparing a sauna, making sure fresh linens are available, helping with a spa party, or ensuring the relaxation room is clean and inviting—you’ll help make sure every detail supports an exceptional guest experience.

If you’re warm, dependable, organized, proactive, and take pride in making people feel welcome and cared for, we’d love to meet you.

  • Assist with cleanup afterward so the spa is ready for its next guests.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who understands that exceptional hospitality is in the details.

You don’t need to have experience doing every part of this role. We value the right attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and a genuine desire to make people feel cared for.

Why This Role Matters
As a Spa Coordinator, you are a vital part of the Bohemia Healing Spa experience.

The little things matter: a warm greeting, a clean relaxation room, fresh linens, a perfectly prepared sauna, an organized schedule, a helpful answer on the phone, or anticipating what a guest needs before they have to ask.

Your work helps create an environment where our guests can slow down, breathe, relax, and feel genuinely cared for.
